Withdrawal Policy

Our policy is in place to protect players against online fraud and therefore requires that Mansion.com members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal is made.

Documents can be scanned or digitally photographed. Save them on your computer and e-mail them directly to docs@mansion.com.

(a) Valid Photographic ID

We accept copies of your valid passport, drivers’ license or national ID card. Signature, name and photograph should be suitably visible.

(b) Credit Cards

A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is required. You are free to blank out the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Please be aware that should you use multiple cards to fund your account, you may be asked to supply copies for these additional cards.

(c) Proof of address (must be dated within the last 3 months)

We may also need to verify your address. This can be done using either a credit card bill or bank statement.

Please ensure that the whole of the document is clearly visible including all edges and that all text is legible.

Please note that additional documentation may be required under certain circumstances.

We only need you to send your ID once. Your account will be updated as soon as your documents are received and processed (up to 24 hours). You can then make withdrawals from your MansionCasino.com account.

Please note that occasionally we may need to ask at your sole cost for additional documentation such as confirmation of deposits, a bank reference or notarised ID.

Are there any minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts?

The maximum limits are:

The maximum withdrawal limits are $30,000 per calendar month.

Vip players will enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

The minimum limits are:

• NETeller Webmoney and Moneybookers = $10
• Bank Transfer = $50 (exception GBP = 20)
• Bank Draft = $50
• All other withdrawal methods = $20

How long will it take to process my withdrawal request?

Processing times only come into effect once we have received and verified your required documentation.

• You can only withdraw using previous depositing methods
• Once requested there will be a pending time of 72 hours during which time you can cancel the withdrawal and continue playing if you wish

How long until I receive my money?

In addition to the processing time taken for your withdrawal request, there is additional time dependent on your selected method (indicated in the table below).

• Your withdrawal method may be restricted based on your country. Please contact support for further information on which withdrawal methods are available to you
• Please note that if you have any outstanding bonuses on your account you will not be able to withdraw until you meet the terms of that bonus
• Be advised that large withdrawals may take longer to be processed (5 days)
