Casino Jobs: SALES AGENT
Key responsibilities include:
- Giving a high level of customer experience whilst actively selling to new players by understanding their needs and offering them the benefits of playing at Mansion
- Contacting new customers by phone and chat
- Recommending, selecting and helping locate the right approach for a deposit to be made
- Negotiating with players
- Scheduling sales activity
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Recording details of inquiries and comments
- Managing administration
- Following up on customer interactions
- Working a shift based rota in line with business needs
Skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of sales principles
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
- Basic business administration knowledge
- Self starter with ability to self motivate and use initiative whilst interacting with other departments and teams
- High levels of interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build a rapport with players
- Must be able to work flexible hours as shift work and/or weekends is a key part of the role
- Experienced in telephone inbound and outbound – outbound sales experience is preferable
- Good level of secondary education – KS II in Maths / English along with basic MS Office skills. i.e. Word / Excel
