As a VIP Account Manager you will be highly proactive with a 360 degree approach and use your extensive skills, knowledge and experience to help our VIP players manage their casino needs and general requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering an enhanced proactive one-stop service to our VIP members encouraging loyalty and increasing satisfaction levels, including VIP Support, Sales and Risk
  • Managing referrals, dealing with escalated issues and queries from the VIP Hosts and proactively offering advice & source solutions to ensure effective resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments to deliver a one-stop service, thus ensuring a holistic service for our VIPs
  • Being highly proactive with a 360 degree approach to build long term relationships with VIP players to generate sustained revenue and also develop a referral channel for new VIP Players
  • Being responsible for your own portfolio of players
  • Using your extensive skills, knowledge and experience to help VIP players manage their casino needs and general requirements
  • Developing and supporting the VIP hosts to ensure the delivery of a first class VIP experience
  • Dealing with escalated issues/queries from VIP Hosts and proactively offering advice and solutions to ensure effective resolution
  • Leading by example, showing dedication and achieve high satisfaction levels when dealing with VIP members
  • Meeting pre-determined productivity, quality and SLA weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Embracing a strong information security culture ensuring full adherence to all information security policies, practices and procedures
  • Morally, ethically and legally responsible and sets an example to meet and exceed standards as a Responsible Gaming Operator

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and ability to build a good rapport quickly
  • Excellent understanding of VIP expectations and the ability to deliver a first class VIP service
  • Experience dealing with Sales/VIP/Corporate clients ideally in Online Gaming sector
  • Previous Account Management experience with proven leadership abilities and planning and analysis at a customer level
  • Proven ability to effectively use good decision making/judgement process to enable quick resolution
  • Proven ability in task management, prioritising and the ability to take ownership of daily workload
  • Target driven with proven experience of working towards and achieving individual and team targets
  • High levels of written communication and grammar, listening and verbal skills
  • An open, honest, enthusiastic and resilient approach
  • Accountability for achieving goals and delivering a high quality service/sales approach to the customer
  • Ability to manage change and operate effectively in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate and share knowledge and abilities with others
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Working on a shift basis, however also having the flexibility to accommodate the needs of our VIPs when called upon
  • The role includes the requirement to be available as an on call referral via mobile phone on a rota basis with other Account Managers
