General Rules
All transactions accepted by MANSION Sportsbook are subject to the following rules:
- "MANSION Sportsbook" is a reference to MANSION Sportsbook Limited - a company registered in Gibraltar under the Companies Ordinance.
- MANSION Sportsbook is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar.
- All persons placing bets must be at least 18 years of age. MANSION Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend or close accounts and void any transactions where it has not been sufficiently satisfied that the person meets this requirement.
- MANSION Sportsbook shall in no way, and under no circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by the present website or its content, including without limitation any person's use or misuse of its content, the inability of any person to use the site, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failure, or any errors or omissions in content.
- Access to or betting on this web site may not be legal for some or all residents of or persons present in certain countries. This web site does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by MANSION Sportsbook for the use of or subscription to betting or other services in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law. Please consult the appropriate government legal authorities or your own legal advisor regarding your local betting laws.
- As set out in section 5.1 (xix) of the terms and conditions, this MANSION Sportsbook service is not available for members that are located in any State of the United States, the District of Columbia or any commonwealth, territory, or other possession of the United States.
- Account balances are the responsibility of the client and should be checked at every opportunity.
- Each client is wholly responsible for the secrecy of his betting account and should make every effort to prevent the use of the personal account number and password by any third party, as any transactions entered into where the account holder's number and password has been given to effect a transaction, shall stand as bona fide transactions dependent only upon the current balance of the account.
- In the event that funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify MANSION Sportsbook of the error without delay. Unless otherwise notified by MANSION Sportsbook any transactions resulting from the error shall be void.
- Internet bettors should check their bets for accuracy before submitting for confirmation. No bet may be cancelled, changed, or modified by the bettor, in any way, once the transaction has been confirmed.
- When odds or lines are published in obvious error, regardless of the cause or source of such error, any customer wagers entered to take advantage of the error shall be declared void.
- Unless an event is being offered "live" betting, MANSION Sportsbook reserves the right to void any bets placed after the advertised start time of an event.
- MANSION Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.
- The maximum win payable to any one individual or entity, or group deemed to be acting on behalf of any one Individual or entity, on any one event either singly, in multiple bets or as an element of an exotic shall be limited to GBP 100,000 (or currency equivalent).
- By joining MANSION Sportsbook, the customer agrees to be bound by these rules. Continued use of MANSION Sportsbook's services by the customer indicates an acceptance of the current version of these rules from time to time.
- MANSION Sportsbook Reserves to right to revise these rules at any time.

General Sport Rules
- Unless otherwise specified, all games/matches must be played within 12 hours of the original starting time at the original venue, otherwise all bets are void. All other events must be played within 7 days of the original start time,unless otherwise indicated.
- Unless otherwise specified, all games/matches must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official.
- Unless otherwise specified, in the event of a draw/tie in an event where this option has not been offered, all "match odds/moneyline" bets will be refunded.
- Dead Heats - the dead heat rule is applied when there are more winners than expected on an event. In this instance, all bets will be recalculated by dividing the full face value of the bet (bet amount + win amount) by the number of winners.

American Football
- The winner of the game will be determined by the official result at the end of the game including any overtime played. Overtime also counts for any second half and fourth quarter bets.
- All games must take place on the date and venue specified otherwise all bets will be declared void.
- The official statistics provided by the NFL will be used to determine any bets involving player or match statistics.
- Bets made on individual players will stand provided the player is not on the team's "not active" list.

Athletics
- The result of an event will be determined according to the podium position. Subsequent disqualifications, suspensions or promotions are not recognised for betting purposes.
- If a track or field event is cancelled for any reason prior to the event, all bets will be void.
- If an athlete fails to start an event all bets on that athlete will be void.

Australian Rules Football
- Bets will be determined on the official result.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed by more than 48 hours all bets will be void.
- The official statistics provided by the AFL will be used to determine any bets involving player or match statistics.

Baseball
All games must take place on the date and venue specified otherwise all bets will be declared void (no action).
- Games are official after 5 innings of play. If the home team is leading, the game is official after 4 1/2 innings. Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning. This is unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.
- When wagering on total runs or run lines the game must go 9 full innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) for bets to stand. Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning. This is unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined by the score at the time the game is called. The listed pitchers must start or there is no action.
- The following types of baseball bets are accepted:
1. Action - team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. .
2. One Listed Pitcher - A bet on one specified pitcher, regardless of the other starting pitcher. Specified pitcher must start or wager is deemed "no action".
3. Both Specified Pitchers - A wager that specifies both starting pitchers. Any variation constitutes "no action".
- Each team's Listed Pitcher is defined as the pitcher who throws the first pitch.
- In the event of a pitching change(s) prior to the start of a baseball game, odds will be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against an unscheduled pitcher, "action" and live "one specified pitcher" wagers will be computed at the opening price established with the new pitcher.
- All First Half bets are based on the result at the end of the first five innings. In the event that the game does not go five full innings all bets will be void.

- If a player retires during a match before its completion, all bets will be void.
- If a player fails to start a tournament or match, all bets on that player or individual match will be void.

Boxing
- If a boxing match is postponed and re-scheduled to occur within 30 days of the original start time, all bets will stand.
- If a boxer retires before the start of a round, fails to answer the bell, or is disqualified for any reason between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round.
- All markets will be settled according to the official result, as announced immediately after the end of the fight. Subsequent protests or disqualifications are not recognised.
- For ‘Total Rounds’ settlement purposes, a half-round is defined as ninety seconds.

Cricket
Test Matches
- If a ball is not bowled during the series or match then all bets will be void.
- At least one ball must be bowled in an innings for 'innings runs' to stand.
- At least one ball must be bowled while a batsman is in bat (facing or not) for 'individual batsman runs' bets to stand. If a batsman retires and does not resume his innings, his score will stand.
- In the event of a tied test match, all bets will be void.
- At the scheduled start of play all unmatched bets will be cancelled and the market turned in play, unless otherwise stated in the market text.
One Day Matches
- If a ball is not bowled during the match all bets will be void.
- In one day matches shortened by weather, the outcome will be that determined by the official competition rules. If the match is declared a no-result, all bets are void.
- If any player retires and does not resume his innings his score will stand.
Test/One Day Series
- The designated number of matches must be played, otherwise all bets are void.

Cycling
- The result of an event will be determined according to the podium position. Subsequent disqualifications, suspensions or promotions are not recognised for betting purposes.
- All 'outright winner' or 'stage winner' bets on individual riders will be void if a rider fails to start the competition or stage. However, bets will stand if the rider withdraws once the competition or stage has started.

Darts
- If a player fails to start a tournament or a match, all bets on that player or individual match will be void.
- In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
- All ‘outright winner’ bets will stand, irrespective of whether a player competes in the tournament.
- For ‘Set Betting’, the full number of sets must be completed in order for bets to stand. All ‘Set Betting’ bets will be void if a match is awarded to a player before the full number of sets are completed.

Golf
- If a tournament is abandoned and no official result is declared all bets will be void.
- If a tournament is shortened and the result decided from a previous round then all bets matched after this round will be void.
- If a player is disqualified, whether during or after a round, that player is not deemed to have completed that round.
- For Head to Head tournament betting, both players must tee off for bets to stand. If one of the players misses the cut, withdraws, or is disqualified, the opponent will be deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut, the player with the lower score will be deemed the winner.
- Dead Heat rules apply to First Four and 3 Ball betting.

Ice Hockey
- All NHL and US College games must take place on the date and venue specified otherwise all bets will be declared void (no action).
- For NHL and US College games, the winner will be determined by the official result at the end of the game, including any overtime period and shootout round. In the event of a shootout, the final score for a game will give the winning team one more goal than the score at the end of regulation time, regardless of the number of goals scored during the shootout period.
- All other games will be settled on the official score at the end of regular time, excluding overtime.
- All First-Half bets are based on the result of the First Half of the match. If a match is subsequently abandoned after half time, all bets will stand.
- All Period bets (i.e. 1st, 2nd and 3rd Period) are based on the result at the end of the respective period. If a match is subsequently abandoned, all bets will stand on all previously completed periods.

Motor Sport
- The result of an event will be determined according to the podium position. Subsequent disqualifications, suspensions or promotions are not recognised for betting purposes.
- If a race is abandoned and no official result is declared all bets on that race will be void.
- If a driver fails to appear on the grid prior to the start of the warm-up lap, all bets on that driver will be void.
- On 'head-to-head' bets the driver who finishes first, or completes the most number of laps is deemed to be the winner. If both drivers fail to complete the race on the same lap, the official placing as assigned by the controlling authority will determine the result.

- If a player retires during a match before its completion, all bets will be void.
- If a player fails to start a tournament or match, all bets on that player or individual will be void.
- All First Frame bets are based on the result of the first frame of the match. In the event of the first frame not being completed all bets will be void.
- All ‘outright winner’ bets will stand, irrespective of whether a player competes in the tournament.

- All bets will stand, irrespective of whether a crew, or individual, competes or not.
- If an event is cancelled for any reason then all bets will be void.

- All bets include extra time, unless otherwise stated.
- All First-Half bets are based on the result of the First Half of the match. If a match is subsequently abandoned after half time, all bets will stand.

- If a player retires during a match before its completion, all bets will be void.
- If a player fails to start a tournament or match, all bets on that player or individual match will be void.

Soccer | Football
- All bets apply to the full 90 minutes of play, plus injury time, unless otherwise stated.
- Any extra-time or penalty shoot-outs are not included, unless otherwise specified.
- Half Time / Full Time Double bets are based on the result at the end of the First Half and the end of normal playing time.
- All First-Half bets are based on the result of the First Half of the match. If a match is subsequently abandoned after half time, all bets will stand.
- Bets on First/Last player to score will be void for players not taking part in the match. Own goals (goals scored accidentally by the opposition for the other team) do not count unless otherwise specified.
- Total Number of Cards – Yellow cards are counted as 1. Red cards are counted as 2. Maximum card count per player is 3. Second yellow cards are not counted for betting purposes.
- To Win the Up5 bet, your specified team must win by a goal difference of 5 or more.
